studied at the Bratislava Conservatory (with Mária Karlíková). In 1998
he graduated at the Academy of Music and Drama in Bratislava, where he
attended the class of Ewald Danel. In 2000 he received a scholarship of the
French government for a two-year postgraduate course at the Conservatoire
Supérieur de Paris (with Suzanne Gessner).
   In 1990 nad 1992 he was the laureate of the National Violin Competition of Conservatories. He furthered his
his studies in 1994, 1995, 1997, 2003, 2006 at the summer academy organised by the Viennese Hochschule für
Musik und darstellende Kunst in Semmering in Soloist and String Quartet class.
   He appeared as guest with several chamber ensembles and orchestras (Gustav Mahler Youth Orchestra under
conducting of Claudio Abbado, Slovak Chamber Orchestra, Cappella Istropolitana, Prague Chamber Philharmonie,
Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra,United Philharmonic Orchestra, Solistes Européens Luxembourg, Bratislava
Chamber Soloists, Solamente Naturali, Musica Aeterna, etc.) As a soloist or orchestral player he appeared on
major festivals of classical and contemporary music (Salzburger Festspiele, Prague Spring, Bratislava Music Festival,
Wien Modern, Melos-Ethos, Bachfest Leipzig, etc.) and recorded several CD´s.
   Currently he is the first violinist of Pressburger Quartett, member of Musica Aeterna (ensemble of baroque music
- www.musicaaeterna.sk) and meber of Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra.
